"Super easy delivery experience"
Ordered from Pagliacci and the delivery tracking was really helpful. It let me know when the driver headed out, and the timing was about right on the money. I wasn’t sitting around wondering where my pizza was or if it had been delayed. It showed up right when it said it would and was still hot, too. Easy 5 stars from me

At this point, my shortcut for picking pizza is simple: if I want a crust I know I’ll actually enjoy, I order Pagliacci. The edges are crispy, the inside is still soft, and it’s not overly chewy. It just tastes fresh, which is basically all I need to know.

"Really good portions for the price"
I ordered from pagliacci.com last night after we realized nobody felt like cooking, and I was happy with what showed up. The pizza slices were big, loaded up nicely, and definitely not those tiny disappointing pieces you sometimes get from other places.
We got a large, and it actually fed everyone with a little left over, which was a nice surprise. For the price, it felt totally worth it to me, and I’d definitely order again the next time we’re hungry and want an easy dinner.

"Great Cheese, Seriously"
I ordered from pagliacci last night, the cheese really stood out. It was melted perfectly—not rubbery, not overly greasy—and it had a fresh, satisfying flavor. Some pizza places use cheese that tastes bland, but this one actually had character and that nice stretchy texture you want. It’s a simple detail, but it made the whole pizza way better. I’d definitely order again.

Stopped in for a quick visit and the place was clean overall. Tables were wiped down and the floor looked totally fine. The bathroom could’ve used a bit more attention tho, but it wasn’t terrible.

Ordering pickup on Pagliacci was simple, and I did like being able to pick my own pickup time. But a couple times I showed up when I was supposed to, and my pizza still wasn’t ready. I kind of just stood there waiting without much acknowledgment, which made the whole thing feel a bit frustrating. It wasn’t awful or anything, but for pickup, it felt average.

"Really smooth delivery"
I ordered from pagliacci last night, and from what I remember, the delivery was about as easy as it gets. The driver called when he was getting close, found my building without any confusion, and was really careful handing everything over. The food was still hot, which was great, but what stood out to me most was how polite and professional he was. Definitely a 5-star experience

The delivery fee felt reasonable, and the extra charges were laid out clearly enough that I wasn’t confused at checkout. I weirdly remember noticing a tiny note about the surcharge while I was eating pretzels, but everything seemed upfront and fine to me

"Fast delivery, tracker kinda dropped the ball"
Ordered a pizza from pagliacci.com last Friday night the delivery was quicker than I expected. It showed up in about 30 minutes, which is solid for a busy night. The driver was friendly and the pizza was still hot, so no complaints there. I’m giving it 4 stars though because the tracker barely updated, so I had no clue when it was actually getting close. Not the biggest deal, but come on, that’s kind of the whole point of the tracker. Still, the speed and food were good enough that I’d order again

"Worth It and Doesn’t Feel Like a Ripoff"
I’ve ordered from Pagliacci a few times now, i keep waiting to feel like I got fooled on the price, but I really don’t. The pizza always shows up hot, they don’t cheap out on the toppings, and even the leftovers are still good the next day. It’s not the cheapest pizza out there, but for what you get, it feels fair to me.
